Shipping & Delivery Policy

At checkout you can choose either courier delivery or free click & collect.

Courier delivery

The delivery fee for your order is calculated from what's in your cart and shown at checkout before you pay — there's no surprise cost added afterwards. We dispatch orders the next business dayafter payment is confirmed, unless your order includes a special order item — in that case we'll let you know the timeline when you order. Courier delivery typically takes a few business days, depending on your location and the courier from dispatch. We deliver within South Africa.

Please make sure your delivery address, including postal code, is complete and correct at checkout — we're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional courier fee.

Click & collect

Collection is free and arranged by appointment. Once your order is ready, we'll message you to agree on a pickup time and place that suits you.

Order status

Delivery orders move through placed → payment confirmed → packed → shipped; collection orders move through placed → payment confirmed → ready → collected. We'll email you as your order moves through these steps.
